Ace is the driving force behind Proliferate Ventures; defining the culture, the strategic direction, and mutually beneficial partnerships and alliances. Ace is very much involved at all levels of Proliferate Ventures, from deal sourcing and startup viability assessment to investment research and recommendations, and his door is open to all who would like to converse with him.
Ace is a Master of Arts in Creative Technology, as well as holding a First Class with Honours Degree in Media Technology and has over 23 years of experience in digital media production, starting fully in the days of the Commodore Amiga. That’s not including his 8-bit days on the fabled ZX Spectrum starting from 1984.
In addition to helping emerging companies through stages of their development, he founded Light Within Productions in 2010; a video marketing production company. Focused on assisting established companies and start-ups in all regions, to faciliate using video as an integrated communication medium alongside and in other channels, to increase its effectivness by utilizing science, data, research and creativity in order to communicate the appropriate message to obtain the targeted response.
Ace Karim is also the founding partner of Spark Studio and Spark Labs alongside Bing Robbin Muliadi.
Ace is a British national, currently residing in Jakarta. Unlike this self-obsessed soliloquy, Ace is not all about himself, however when writing a bio, it would be strange to not write it about myself. For transparencies sake his real name is 'Arfan', however he goes by the nickname 'Ace'.
Graham is an experienced entrepreneur and financier whose experience spans everything from developing and executing start-up concepts to advising large multinational corporations.
As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TAG Asia Partners LLC, a cross-border middle market investment banking and advisory firm, Graham has access to over 1,500 corporate M&A departments, 1,000+ private equity and venture capital funds and over 100 family offices.
Prior to founding TAG Asia, Graham led the debt origination team at Nomura Asia - Ex Japan where he was responsible for establishing the firm’s High Yield debt franchise as well as acting as a senior relationship contact for Private Equity clients seeking financing for leveraged buyouts in the region.
When he is not traveling between the U.S. and Asia to help high growth companies with their financing and strategic needs, Graham enjoys playing tennis with his son, fixing cars with his daughter, thinking about disruptive business models and reading Wired magazine.
Rick works closely with Proliferate to help identify, evaluate and mentor our platform partners. He has been involved in funding and advising technology and media companies since 1999 when he headed Merrill Lynch’s eCommerce Investment Banking Group in San Francisco, CA.
He also brings important operational experience from his time as a project director with TASC, the former information systems engineering and consulting division of Northrop Grumman.
Rick is the founder and a director of Singapore-based, Lares Loreno Private Capital, an advisory firm assisting SMEs and family businesses with capital raising and strategic planning. He also sits on several public and private boards as a non-executive director.
He has an MBA from the University of Chicago-Booth and an BS from the US Naval Academy.

Alex Moloku is the owner and director of Co Work Hub, a co-working office in North Acton, West London, and is one of the biggest co-working offices in West London. Co Work Hub strives to be an environment with a founder-friendly disposition, via their competitive prices, events and workshops, as well as promoting the sense of community prevalent in the "co" part of co-working.
Before Alex entered the co-working space, he was the director of Martlet Equity, a financial educational company, having previously been an equity trader for Argo Traders and Van der Moolen. Before that he was a stockbroker for Wills and Co and Arjent Stockbrokers.

Sudeep Shrivastava is an economist, academician and venture capitalist. He has more than two decades of experience in connecting companies with disruptive technologies and business models with like-minded individuals and groups that seek to fund start-ups.
With his focus on global economics, business strategy and operations and having worked with global organizations, Sudeep specializes in helping new companies create value through a multi-pronged approach.

Bing Robbin Muliadi, based in the Jakarta, Indonesia; is the founder / CEO of PT. Digital Mandiri Teknologi, which provides digital marketing services via programmatic technology. He brings over 13 years experience in media and advertising.
He started his career with RCTI, one of Indonesia’s largest TV networks, handling top agencies and brands. Robbin then went onto event organizing, working with top-tier clients such as Astro, FIF and LG.
In 2010, Robbin starting working with Effective Measure International, a digital audience measurement platform, starting the Indonesian company from scratch to a notable position in the industry.
Robbin brings an extensive skill-set honed and refined, that includes media and digital advertising, SEO/SEM and web analytics. He has a degree from Universitas Kristen Petra in Economics and Management.
Robbin is also the founding partner of Spark Studio and Spark Labs alongside Ace Karim.

Marija Butkovic is a co-founder of Kisha Smart Umbrella - a wearable tech startup designing the world's smartest fashion tech umbrella, and Women of Wearables - an initiative which aims to support, connect and empower women in wearable tech, fashion tech, IoT and VR/AR. She is a member of Tech London Advocates - an organisation aiming to support technology startups in finding new investment, new talent and achieving high growth.
In 2013 and 2014 Marija collaborated with Seedcamp, one of London’s most well known accelerators, as their legal advisor and startup mentor. She currently works with many startup accelerators and incubators in London and worldwide, delivering help and advice as a mentor and advisor. As a PR strategist and journalist Marija works with the world's leading tech and business magazines and portals, and as a digital marketing strategist she also mentors startups and advises clients in wearable tech and IoT space.
Prior to working in wearables and tech industry, Marija was a corporate lawyer and consultant for legal trade journals. Marija holds a BSc in Law and has also graduated from Startup Institute.
Michelle Hua is a public speaker, writer, Founder & CEO of Made With Glove Ltd, a UK wearable tech start-up designing fashionable heated gloves for women. She is also the co-founder of Women of Wearables, an organisation that supports, inspires and connects women in wearables, the IoT and AR/VR spaces.
In 2014 Michelle led Made with Glove to being in the Top 150 Most Influential Brands in Wearable Tech and in 2015, received the highly commended blogger award at the UK Blog Awards in London. In 2016 Michelle was the recipient of the UK TechNation Exceptional Talent Visa for her significant entrepreneurial contributions in the digital technology sector and her work in promoting, mentoring and supporting Women in Tech.
Michelle worked as a commercial solicitor in private practice, in- house and the Western Australian Government in Australia and New Zealand for 8 years prior to starting her wearable technology company. Michelle holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce (Curtin University) and Laws (Murdoch University) from Perth, Western Australia.
